During your initial visit to Spine LLC clinic our staff will conduct a complete pain history and focused physical examination. All pertinent medical history and diagnostic studies will be carefully reviewed. Additional testing or diagnostic injections may be recommended to determine the specific origin of your pain prior to the initiation of therapy. A comprehensive treatment plan will be discussed with you and a full report will be sent to your referring doctor.
